For JHA and THDA Housing Choice Voucher holders. No application fee, no credit check fee. We accept Section 8 vouchers on most rental properties across West Tennessee.

What happens after you apply?

Three steps. Usually completed within a few business days.

    Choose your application type

    Select Open Market or Section 8 based on whether you hold a JHA or THDA Housing Choice Voucher.

  2. 02

    Complete and submit

    Fill out the application and upload your documents. Bring your Driver's License or State ID. Section 8 applicants need their housing voucher too. Submit everything at once. Incomplete applications are declined and you'll need to re-apply.

  3. 03

    We review and follow up

    Our leasing office reviews every application within 1 to 3 business days and contacts you with next steps or any additional documents needed.
